Welcome to G❤️ldenHearted D❤️❤️dles! We believe in loving our Goldendoodles, and firmly believe they are the BEST family dogs out there! They truly have hearts of g❤️ld!!! We love our Goldendoodles so much that many of our family members have gotten their own Goldendoodles since we first brought home our Blazer Diamond in 2019. One thing we noticed when we were looking for our first Goldendoodle was that there were not very many breeders in Northern Nevada, and we could only find one that provided CKC registration! We are taking breeding to the next level by making sure that our dogs are genetically cleared through Embark before breeding, to ensure that our dogs are as genetically healthy as possible. All puppies will be CKC Pre-Registered and micro-chipped, in addition to being cleared by a local veterinarian. Because we take our role in breeding responsibly seriously, we do not breed until we have OFA Clearance for both parents when we create breeding pairs! We also use Embark's Pair predictor tool to ensure low COI - the coefficient of inbreeding - to make sure that a breeding pair will produce healthy puppies!
Please note that we are not a large breeding business. We have one dam (Merida, our family dog) and one future mama (Barklee, who is placed in a guardian home and visits us!) so we have 1-2 litters a year, depending on Mama's health and the recommendation of our veterinarian. That being said, be patient with us as we make sure that the timing is right for our females and for us - so that we can help future puppies develop their own hearts of g❤️ld! We had amazing experiences with our three litters of puppies thus far - but we know that the work we put into the puppies makes a drastic difference in your puppy's temperament so we want to be able to commit fully to raising each litter following our Bad Ass Breeder Curriculum!
This is a family breeding venture with our own pets in Northern Nevada, and we are close friends with our guardian homes, which means that we can tell you everything we know about both parents' personalities and their health.
